I purchased a subscription but nothing happened

After purchasing a subscription, please make sure to log out and log back in to AutoCAD mobile in order to activate the account.

If you've logged in again and still don't have a Pro account (how do I know?):
  • Please make sure that you're using the same user you used when buying the subscription.
  • Remove the app from your device and re-install it again.
